I painted this using an acrylic knife and brushwork. It also had a heavy texture for added depth. As I was working on this one, it started to tell me a story of mythology and dragons. I was going against my first nature to use bright colors. I deepened and muted most of the painting so the dragon could take center stage.

To create my original artwork, I use progressional grade canvas, materials, and supplies. My canvases are all gallery wrapped and 1.5” thick (unless specified otherwise) and are ready with wire so that you can hang your new piece of artwork right away when you receive it (framing is not required.)

Each original painting is signed and dated on the back of the canvas.
